The College of Engineering and Information Technology (COEIT) offers bachelor of science programs in engineering, computer science, and information systems. We also offer a bachelor of arts in business technology administration. In addition to minor programs in computer science, computing, and information systems, UMBC also offers learning opportunities with several upper level undergraduate certificate programs.
Graduate programs leading to the master of science and doctor of philosophy degrees, and an online masters of science program in information systems, are also available. Masters of Professional Studies (M.P.S.) programs and Post-Baccalaureate Certificates (P.B.C.) are offered in strategic subjects. Graduate programs may also offer concentrations or tracks. Students should consult their plan advisors to learn which specific requirements apply to their degree program(s) of interest. Learn more about programs and degrees at UMBC.
