The Department of Information Systems (IS) aims to expand our role as global leaders at the intersection of information, technology, and people, by promoting inclusive student-centered teaching, reimagining life-long learning, advancing innovative interdisciplinary research, and championing civic engagement. The IS department offers undergraduate degree in Information Systems and Business Technology Administration, doctorate and master’s degree in Information Systems and Human Centered Computing, and Master’s in Professional Studies (M.P.S.) degree in Health Information Technology and Software Engineering. IS research is focused in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, health informatics, human-centered computing, software engineering, cyber security, computer and data Science education, and other areas.
