Why did you chose UMBC?
I chose UMBC because it was a small school, has a nice campus, and has a great Computer Science program.

What do you love about UMBC?
Same reasons as above, including the fact that the professors are very knowledgeable and want you to succeed.

What would you say to a prospective student?
Go to class, get an internship ASAP, go to hackathons and career fairs, take a balanced schedule and don’t overload yourself.

What has been your favorite class at UMBC?
CMSC471 Artificial Intelligence

Where did you complete your internship/applied learning experience?
Booz Allen Hamilton, Department of Defense, DXC Technology

What do you hope to achieve after you complete your degree at UMBC?
I am going to continue working in the defense industry locally for a small contracting company, and maybe work on my master’s.
