Why did you decide to attend UMBC? And why did you choose your program in particular?
I decided to attend UMBC because of its research oriented credentials. I chose my program because I see my career progressing in similar lines.

Esteemed Alumni, access to top facilities, guidance from expert faculties etc.

What is your favorite thing about UMBC?
The advisors and faculty are extremely helpful and always there to work with us one on one.

Have you worked on any specific research projects (including any opportunity to publish or present your research) that you would like to highlight?
I did a research on pitboss concept in distributed systems, which basically enable multiplayers to stay connected to a game even if the host dies/stops responding.

What are your plans after you complete your degree at UMBC?
I would want to gain some practical experience directly correlating with my studies at UMBC with a reputed organization to enhance my professional knowledge.

When you’re not teaching and researching, what are your hobbies and interests?
I absolutely love soccer and other outdoor activities.
